Our project Mashrouy in Sudan held different activities targeting universities students.
The activities included 54 beneficiaries, from Elobied in Western Sudan, all of whom had a variety of expertise and backgrounds. They partook in a four-day workshop focusing on: introduction to social enterprise; leadership; and financial and marketing planning.
There was also a two-day session for 42 young women at Ahfad University. The meeting was full of interactive elements, including exercises and group discussions.
The aim was to introduce the concept of Social Enterprise to the participants and build an understanding of its framework.
