This will be a panel event, with speakers from around the world, followed by questions from the audience.
Harriet Lamb is the Chief Executive Officer of Ashden: a not-for-profit that seeks out and amplifies the work of organisations delivering innovative, affordable and sustainable climate solutions around the world, with a strong focus on renewable energy and climate justice. She is a passionate advocate of these inspiring climate champions, as well as the need for rapid acceleration of green jobs and skills in the UK and low-income countries.
Previously, Harriet was CEO at peacebuilding organisation International Alert and before that spent 15 years leading Fairtrade in the UK and globally, for which she was appointed a CBE. She worked in the UK on refugee and low pay issues and lived in India for six years.
Tabinda Anjum has been High school Headmistress since 2015 at GGHS JUNIOR Model Khanpur Distt Rahim Yar Khan Punjab Pakistan. Working as ISA Ambassador and Master trainer in British Council Pakistan Tabinda is an ISA winner and Climate action supporter since 2019, doing international projects for climate change. Tabinda is currently working on How to Reduce Carbon in schools.
Richard Holmes is the Head of Operations at Planet Super League. His main responsibility is to oversee the running of projects with professional football clubs and other organisations. Richard has a background of working at a premier league club, and with primary schools for twelve years specialising in Physical Education. Richard has developed a series of educational activities that link football and sustainability in a fun, engaging and educational way. Rofiat Raji is a seasoned science educator who loves to deliver fun and exciting instructions that engage learners, launch life-long learning, and provide solid foundation for for success in life. She is a positive thinker with special endorsements for teaching a broad range of climate education.
Rofiat holds a B.Tech in Human Physiology and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology. She is a member of Climate Generation, Climate Reality Leadership Corps, Teach Climate Network, to mention but a few.
She is a director at UpSkill Global Consulting Services in Abuja, Nigeria. Her main responsibility is to equip schools and upskill educators in order to teach education for sustainable development across key subject areas, thereby transforming learning into action.
