We are delighted to announce that four British Council programmes, Connecting Classrooms, Ceibal en Ingles, Global Language for Resilience Hub and Teaching for All have been shortlisted for the British Expertise International Awards 2020.

British Expertise International (BEI) champions the power and promise of UK professional services around the world and their members all have a crucial role in exporting British skills globally. The Awards are a celebration of British expertise programmes from around the world and provide an opportunity to showcase the very best of that expertise to a broader set of stakeholders - including to representatives from UK and other national governments.

Teaching for All has also been shortlisted for a Bond International Development Award 2020. The Bond awards showcase the achievements of people in global development and humanitarian assistance. Teaching for All has made the longlist in the Collaboration category.
