Clare Reddington

Clare Reddington is CEO of Watershed - deeply rooted in Bristol, but working across the world, Watershed is recognised for its internationally distinctive programme of cultural cinema, creative technology and inclusive talent development.

Clare joined Watershed in 2004, establishing its creative technology programmes including the Pervasive Media Studio and Playable City.

Clare was a finalist in British Council’s UK Young Interactive Entrepreneur in 2009 and has worked closely with the creative economy team since, delivering digital transformation and open innovation projects across the world. She has a long-running collaboration with British Council Tokyo, partnering on residencies, labs and public space commissions.

She is a Visiting Professor at University of the West of England, Chair of Emma Rice's Wise Children, and on the board of RSC. She is an advisor to The Good Literary Agency and CARGO.
