Consultants' Connections: March 2018 issue

In this issue, we introduce a number of new projects and contract extensions across six regions, including the EU-funded Strengthening Resilience II programme in MENA, the English for Afghans project, and the Pyoe Pin civil society programme which is now moving into its third phase in Myanmar.
