Developed as part of the EU-funded VET Toolbox, this publication is designed to support policy makers and TVET college staff to improve the inclusiveness of TVET provision.
Tool 1 focuses on policy level and is aimed at policy makers who would like to get practical insights and advice about how to improve inclusiveness of TVET provision for persons with disabilities.
Tool 2 is intended for TVET college staff. It introduces the concept of the “disability support unit” and features a comprehensive set of indicators for physical accessibility. The final chapters are about human resource considerations and accessible complain mechanisms.
